Pilates - Designed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s.
With each 8 week course you can:

  • Gain longer, leaner, stronger muscle tone
  • Improve core stability
  • Improve your appearance with better posture & a balanced body shape.

Belly Dancing - Egyptian style belly dancing for beginners & intermediaries. Traditionally known as Rag Shargi (oriental dance) or Dance of the East. Women can have fitness & fun with these classes.

Salsa - Salsa has elements of Jazz, funk, hip hop and samba. No partner required to enjoy this sexy fun class (classes run in 8 week blocks).

Street Dance - Energetic, fun to the latest pop and R & B sounds – wear comfy, loose fitting clothes.

Tap - An artform appreciated the world over. American style tap for any level of ability.
